I love to work with women through their bodies, tracking where you might hold tensions, trapped emotions, hurts, and traumas. When you can learn how to release these places, your heart, body, and mind WILL soften, anxiety will melt away, opening you to feelings and sensations maybe never before experienced. A sense of calm and peace will pervade.
A wonderful aspect of this is directly playing with your sexuality, working to heal this part of you, for one is an excellent reflection of the rest of you, your mind and your heart, as closely intertwined as they are. And most if not all women hold much of their pain and trauma in the pelvis, often unaware of the barriers and interferences caused by past traumas which they carry and hold onto around their sexuality. I can and do coach women directly with this if desired and called for.
