gratitude

MotherMaryWith Thanksgiving fast approaching, I decided this year to be totally cliche and express my gratitude for my innumerable universal gifts. Doing this exercise is really a wonderful tool, an exercise in paying attention to all that you really and truly already have, and it’s SO much.

Of course I’m grateful for my physical and mental health and my emotional, mostly, well being. We all have our moments after all.

And I’m grateful for my insatiable curiosity.

And of course I’m grateful for all the talents I’ve been given, especially the ones I’ve chosen to explore and expand upon.

And I’m deeply grateful for all the beauty which surrounds. Mother Nature is truly wondrous and awe inspiring.

I’m grateful for ladybugs and butterflies, bambis and kitty cats, rainbows and full moons, thunderstorms and sunshine, trees and grass, the myriad abundance of breathtaking flora, and ever so much more. Each day is a miracle to behold.

Yet the one thing of which I’m most deeply in awe and feel deeply and profoundly blessed to have been gifted with is finding my own love inside ME, and through this I found an amazingly special my brand of wonderfully silly and enormously loving, adoring, and cherishing man.

He is my gift, my treasure, my beau. Sure I’m okay alone, great even, but having him in my life enriches me in every way, expands my horizons, makes vulnerable and beauteous my love. He takes me more deeply and profoundly into my heart than I ever could alone. I love you sweet man.

So what are you grateful for?

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone. May love flow over you and through you always in a never ending spiral of infinite healing.

xxoo
